For those of you going south for the winter, can you provide names of insurance companies that you deal with and what the rates are.

I will venture that many of us have heard of horror stories where claims were denied because a new medical condition was tied in to an existing medical conditions. Doing research for a friend (over 75) who will be spending 5-6 weeks in Florida

Any help, comments or suggestions welcome

Tks

It is up to purchasers to research the health care plans they are interested in and fully understanding exactly what coverage they are buying. If any plan is cheaper than most look for the reason.
The biggest problem pensioners have when buying their health plans is the "little white lie". It can save you less than a hundred dollars but cost you thousands of dollars eventually.
Crazy thing is, people sign their name to the "little white lie" when they sign the contract.
